Shenzhen DOBOT Corp Ltd (DOBOT) announced that the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) has formally accepted the company’s application materials for an initial public offering and listing on the ChiNext Market.

The acceptance, confirmed on 27 April 2026 through an official SZSE notice, covers DOBOT’s A-Share prospectus application proof and related documents. These materials are now available on the SZSE’s project-dynamic disclosure platform for public review, together with future responses to any regulatory enquiries.

Regulatory clearance remains pending. The proposed A-Share offering must still secure approvals from both the SZSE and the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can proceed. The company cautions shareholders and potential investors that there is no assurance the listing will be completed.

DOBOT first disclosed its ChiNext listing plan in announcements dated 29 December 2025 and 13 March 2026, followed by a circular issued on 18 March 2026. The latest acceptance marks a formal step forward in the regulatory process.

The board, chaired by Executive Director and General Manager Mr. Liu Peichao, will release further updates in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules and other applicable regulations.
