Heng Tai (00197) announced that regarding the acquisition of the entire equity interest in Ying Kai International Travel, all conditions precedent as set out in the sale and purchase agreement have been fulfilled. The transaction was completed on January 30, 2026, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement. Upon completion, the target company became wholly owned by the Group, and its financial results will be consolidated into the Company's financial statements.
