Hong Kong-listed shares of LUXSHARE ICT (02475) surged nearly 6% in early trading, last up 5.14% at HK$57.30, with turnover reaching HK$50.60 million.

The rally followed an announcement from Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (002475.SZ) that it had repurchased 17.6654 million A-shares through a dedicated buyback account via centralized bidding as of July 31. The repurchased shares represent 0.23% of the company's total share capital and 0.24% of its total A-share capital, with a total transaction value of approximately 1 billion yuan.

A report from Guotou Securities International notes that while Luxshare Precision's revenue structure remains dominated by consumer electronics, its business mix is steadily improving. In 2025, consumer electronics is expected to contribute 79.5% of revenue, while automotive electronics will account for 11.8%, and communications and data center operations 7.4%. The compound annual growth rates for automotive electronics and communications and data center revenues from 2023 to 2025 are projected at 106.0% and 30.0%, respectively, positioning these segments as key drivers to reduce reliance on the consumer electronics cycle and a single major customer.
