AInnovation buys back 128,300 H-shares for HKD 0.68 million; treasury stock rises to 9.36 million shares

AInnovation Technology Group Co., Ltd. (AInnovation) disclosed that on 2 April 2026 it repurchased 128,300 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 5.27 and HKD 5.29, for a total consideration of HKD 677,569 (approximately HKD 0.68 million). The volume-weighted average price was HKD 5.28 per share.

Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.02 % to 554.19 million, while treasury shares increased to 9.36 million. The company’s total issued share capital remained unchanged at 563.54 million shares.

The buyback forms part of a mandate approved on 16 May 2025 that allows AInnovation to repurchase up to 56.31 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate have reached 7.45 million shares, equivalent to 1.32 % of the company’s issued share count on the mandate date, leaving 48.87 million shares authorised but unused.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, AInnovation is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, effective until 2 May 2026.
