Wang On Properties Limited (Stock Code: 1243) has announced the appointment of Ms. Ho Nga Ling as an independent non-executive director, effective 14 November 2025. According to the company’s disclosure, Ms. Ho possesses over two decades of financial and commercial real estate advisory experience, having served in executive roles at both public and private companies. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University and is a Chartered Member Candidate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Concurrently, Ms. Ho will receive an annual director’s fee of HK$120,000, plus HK$20,000 per annum for her audit committee duties.

With Ms. Ho’s appointment, she will serve on the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee. In addition, the existing independent non-executive director, Dr. Chan Ho Wah Terence, will be re-designated as chairman of the Audit Committee. The company indicates these changes enable it to fulfill the minimum requirement of independent non-executive directors and audit committee members in line with Rules 3.10(1) and 3.21 of the Listing Rules.
