KWG Living Group Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 3913) announced that its current Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, Mr. Yau Kam Chuen, has tendered his resignation, effective 31 January 2026. According to the Board, Mr. Yau has confirmed there is no disagreement with the Directors and no other matters requiring shareholder or Hong Kong Stock Exchange attention. The Board expressed its sincere gratitude to Mr. Yau for his contributions during his tenure.

The Board further announced the appointment of Ms. Tseong Ka Wai as the new Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, also effective 31 January 2026. Ms. Tseong, who joined the Group in October 2024, holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in corporate governance. She is an associate member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute, with over 10 years of corporate secretarial experience. The Board extended a warm welcome to Ms. Tseong in her new role.
