CH Display Opt (Stock Code: 00334) will convene its Annual General Meeting at 3:00 p.m. on 28 May 2026 at Hong Kong Science Park, Pak Shek Kok.

Key items to be tabled:

1. FY 2025 Financial Statements • Shareholders will vote to receive and adopt the audited consolidated financial statements together with the directors’ and independent auditors’ reports for the year ended 31 December 2025.

2. Auditor Re-appointment • Ernst & Young is nominated for re-appointment as external auditor. The board seeks authority to fix their remuneration.

3. Board Composition • Five directors are due for re-election: – Executive Directors: Zhang Feng, Zhang Caili, Hai Hong, Xi Wenbo – Non-executive Director: Liao Qian (also Chairman) • The board also requests approval to set directors’ remuneration.

4. General Issuance Mandate • Directors seek a refreshed mandate to allot, issue, or deal in shares up to 20 % of the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) during the mandate period.

5. Share Repurchase Mandate • A separate mandate authorises on-market repurchases of up to 10 % of issued shares, with an extension allowing any repurchased shares to be added back to the general issuance limit.

6. Bye-laws Revision • A special resolution proposes the adoption of a second amended and restated set of Bye-laws, incorporating updates outlined in the meeting circular.

Administrative dates: • Register of members closes 22 – 28 May 2026 (both days inclusive). • Record date for voting entitlement: 28 May 2026. • Proxy forms must be lodged 48 hours before the meeting.

No immediate plans to issue new shares have been stated. The company will announce alternative arrangements should severe weather disrupt the meeting schedule.

As at the notice date (24 April 2026), the board comprises one non-executive chairman, four executive directors and four independent non-executive directors.
