MINIEYE (02431) announced that the group has recently successfully won the bid for the unmanned shuttle bus project at Ezhou Huahu International Airport in Hubei Province, China (Ezhou Airport Project). Ezhou Huahu International Airport is the world's fourth and Asia's first professional cargo hub airport. The Ezhou Airport Project marks the group's first commercial autonomous driving project at an airport.
The Ezhou Airport Project will involve providing L4-level autonomous shuttle services, covering scenarios including crew transportation, employee commuting, and border inspection assistance within the airport. The autonomous shuttles are based on a multi-sensor fusion perception system, achieving 360° blind-spot-free coverage and centimeter-level positioning accuracy. They can accurately identify vehicles, pedestrians, traffic lights, and various road markings and signs, operating in scenarios such as automatic cruising, autonomous start-stop, narrow road passing, and roundabout navigation.
The vehicles are equipped with capabilities including remote emergency stop, two-way voice intercom, real-time video monitoring, and multi-source alarm response. The autonomous shuttles can autonomously schedule charging and support a "fixed loop + on-demand dispatch" hybrid operation mode, integrating into the airport operation system through V2X road-cooperative communication.
Airport operations, due to their complex traffic rules and stringent safety standards, impose strict requirements on the perception accuracy, decision-making real-time performance, and control precision of autonomous driving systems. This demonstrates the company's solid technical accumulation in autonomous shuttle solutions, clear scenario positioning, and capability for deep integration with vertical industries. The project represents a key breakthrough for the company in smart civil aviation scenarios.
According to the company's 2025 interim results announcement, the group's autonomous shuttle business revenue exceeded 10 million RMB in the first half of 2025, with more than ten projects acquired cumulatively.
