Hong Kong – Café de Coral Holdings Limited announced a share buyback of 410,000 ordinary shares on 29 June 2026, according to its Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.\n\nThe repurchase was executed on the Exchange at prices ranging between HK$5.09 and HK$5.24 per share, resulting in a total cash outlay of HK$2.12 million and an average cost of roughly HK$5.18 per share. All repurchased shares are intended for cancellation.\n\nIncluding this latest transaction, Café de Coral has bought back 844,000 shares since receiving its current mandate on 19 August 2025. The cumulative amount represents 0.1455% of the company’s issued share capital at the mandate date and utilises about 1.46% of the 58.00 million shares authorised for repurchase.\n\nAs of 29 June 2026, the company’s issued share capital stands at 580.00 million shares. The shares repurchased on 26 and 29 June, totalling 844,000 shares, have not yet been cancelled and therefore remain part of the issued share count pending settlement.\n\nUnder Hong Kong Listing Rules, Café de Coral is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares, effective until 29 July 2026, following the disclosed repurchases.
