Crealights Technology Co., Ltd. (CREALIGHTS) disclosed on 13 July 2026 that it has issued and allotted 2.01 million new H shares following the full exercise of the over-allotment option announced on 8 July 2026.

The additional shares, priced at HKD 114 each, expand the company’s issued H-share capital from 89.54 million to 91.56 million, representing a 2.25% increase. Gross proceeds from the issuance amount to approximately HKD 229.68 million.

No treasury shares were outstanding before or after the transaction, and the company reported no share repurchases or cancellations during the period.

The board confirmed that the share issue was duly authorized and executed in compliance with all applicable Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules and relevant legal requirements.
