JW THERAP-B (02126) has announced that Dr. Liu Cheng and Dr. Sungwon Song have each stepped down from their roles as non-executive directors following the conclusion of the annual general meeting.

Following their departures, Dr. Liu Cheng has ceased to serve as the Chairman of the board, and Dr. Sungwon Song has also ceased to be a member of the company's remuneration committee.

Mr. Tian Feng has been appointed as Chairman, effective from June 26, 2026. With this appointment, Mr. Tian Feng will concurrently hold the positions of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company.

Furthermore, non-executive director Ms. Gao Xing has been appointed as a member of the remuneration committee, also effective from June 26, 2026.
