Beijing Enterprises Urban Resources wins HK$964.54 million LCSD cleaning services tender

Beijing Enterprises Urban Resources Group Limited (BJ ENT URBAN) has secured a significant foothold in Hong Kong’s municipal services market after its 85%-owned subsidiary Shiny Glory Services Limited won a Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) tender for cleaning and supporting services across five districts.

• Contract scope and duration Shiny Glory Services will provide cleansing, pest control, waste and recyclable collection, and other support services to leisure venues, parks and playgrounds in Islands, Tsuen Wan, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long and Kwai Tsing. Operations are scheduled to start on 1 May 2026 and run for three years.

• Financial highlights – Estimated total contract value: HK$964.54 million – Estimated annual revenue: HK$321.51 million

• Strategic implication The tender strengthens the Group’s core business in environmental hygiene services, complementing its existing hazardous waste treatment and waste electrical and electronic equipment segments.

The LCSD has issued a Letter of Acceptance; formal contracts are pending. Actual contract value and revenue may vary with market conditions. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in BJ ENT URBAN shares.
