APAC Resources' stock soared 7.82% during intraday trading on Monday, driven by the company's impressive interim financial results.

The surge follows the release of the company's interim results for the six months ended December 31, 2025, which showed a remarkable turnaround. Revenue reached approximately HK$467 million, a year-on-year increase of 215.81%, while profit attributable to owners surged to HK$18.6 billion, reversing from a loss in the same period last year.

The company attributed the profit growth to the strong performance of its resource investment division, which contributed a segment profit of about HK$13 billion, and a reversal of impairment losses of approximately HK$475 million related to its interest in MGX Resources Limited.
