Shenzhen Senior Technology Material Co., Ltd. (“Senior Material”) will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on 28 August 2026 at 2:30 p.m. in the Conference Room, 10th Floor, Building 2, Xingyuan Advanced Materials Industrial Park, Guangming District, Shenzhen.

The agenda comprises two special resolutions:

1. Approval of the Draft 2026 H Share Incentive Plan. 2. Authorisation for the Board, and/or its delegate(s), to handle all matters related to the 2026 H Share Incentive Plan.

H-shareholders intending to exercise voting rights by proxy must submit the completed form, together with any notarised power of attorney, to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong) by 2:30 p.m. on 27 August 2026.

Shareholders or their proxies attending the meeting must present valid identification. Completion and return of the proxy form do not preclude holders from attending and voting in person, in which case the proxy appointment will be deemed revoked.
