In his combined capacity, Kratochvil will oversee and coordinate Nixxy's strategic development across technology, artificial intelligence, infrastructure, energy, and capital markets. He stated that his top priority is ensuring the company creates long-term, sustainable shareholder value and that efforts are focused on optimizing capital allocation to prepare for growth in core business segments.
The new board member, Simon Kearney, is a seasoned corporate executive with decades of leadership experience in hospitality, commercial real estate, asset management, and strategic growth. He has served as President and CEO of Kilkenny LLC since January 2012 and took on the additional role of President and CEO of Killane LLC in January 2015. Prior to these roles, he was with Kilnock, Inc. until September 2023.
