Tenfu Executes HKD 8,600 Share Buyback; 120,000 Shares Pending Cancellation

Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited reported to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that its issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.08 billion ordinary shares as of 24 April 2026.

On the same day, the company repurchased 3,000 shares on the Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 2.86 to HKD 2.87, spending a total of HKD 8,600. These shares are designated for cancellation.

Including the latest trade, Tenfu has bought back 120,000 shares since 29 December 2025 that are still awaiting cancellation, representing approximately 0.011 % of its current issued share base.

Under the buy-back mandate approved on 9 May 2025, the company is authorised to repurchase up to 108.38 million shares. To date, 748,000 shares—0.069 % of the share capital outstanding on the mandate date—have been repurchased, leaving an authorised balance of 107.63 million shares.

Pursuant to Listing Rule 10.06, Tenfu is restricted from issuing new shares until 24 May 2026, 30 days after the latest repurchase.
