RS MACALLINE (01528) has announced that it will cancel 1.0448 million shares held in its buy-back account and reduce its registered capital accordingly. The decision was approved during the Fifth Provisional Board Meeting held on December 19, 2025, and the First Provisional Shareholders Meeting of 2026 on January 16. The company has completed the statutory 45-day creditor notification process, during which no creditors came forward to demand debt repayment or guarantees. Upon application, the shares will be formally canceled on April 22, 2026, through the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shanghai Branch. Following the cancellation, the company will proceed with industrial and commercial registration updates. The total number of shares will decrease from approximately 4.355 billion to 4.354 billion.
