Luyuan Group Holding executes HKD 7.04 million on-market buyback, trimming free float by 0.13%

On 7 July 2026, Luyuan Group Holding (Cayman) Limited disclosed a share repurchase in a Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company bought back 539,500 ordinary shares on-market, equivalent to approximately 0.13% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) prior to the transaction.

The shares were repurchased within a price range of HKD 12.87–13.23, translating to a volume-weighted average price of HKD 13.05 per share. Total cash outlay amounted to HKD 7.04 million.

Post-transaction, Luyuan Group’s outstanding shares (excluding treasury stock) stood at 408.56 million, while treasury shares rose to 18.11 million. The company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 426.67 million.

Since the current repurchase mandate was approved on 17 June 2026, Luyuan Group has bought back 1.61 million shares—about 0.39% of the 410.17 million shares outstanding on the mandate date—leaving authority to repurchase a further 39.41 million shares.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, Luyuan Group is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 6 August 2026.
