Lion Rock Group (01127) announced that Ms. Lin Meilan will retire as an executive director of the company on December 31, 2025, which marks the final day of her service period. Following December 31, 2025, Ms. Lin will also cease to serve as an authorized representative of the company as stipulated under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities.

Mr. Zhu Zhenhuan will retire as a non-executive director of the company on December 31, 2025, the last day of his service term. Mr. Zhu will continue to serve as the Honorary Chairman of the group's subsidiary, Asia Pacific Offset Limited.

Furthermore, Mr. Wang Shiyang has been appointed as an executive director and an authorized representative of the company, with the appointment effective from January 1, 2026.
