On September 4, 2026, BlackRock, Inc. sold 322,690 shares of EASTROC (09980) stock at an average of HKD 107.0284 per share, involving about HKD 34.54 million.

Prior to the disposal, BlackRock, Inc.'s long position in EASTROC was 4.13 million shares, representing 7.09%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 3.80 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 6.54%.
