Twintek Investment Holdings Limited has disclosed that Mr. Chau Wing Wo will step down from his roles as Company Secretary, Chief Financial Officer and Authorised Representative with effect from 1 October 2026. According to the board, Mr. Chau’s resignation is not linked to any disagreements, and no matters require shareholder attention.

Effective the same date, Mr. Ng Hoi Leung, Leo will assume the positions of Company Secretary and Authorised Representative. Mr. Ng holds a Master of Commerce from Macquarie University, is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of CPA Australia. His career spans more than 20 years in accounting and audit, including over 13 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (February 1997–April 2010) and previous appointments as company secretary and financial controller for other Hong Kong–listed entities.

The Board expressed its appreciation to Mr. Chau for his service and extended a formal welcome to Mr. Ng.
