LIFETECH SCI (01302) has announced that Mr. Liu Jianxiong has tendered his resignation from his positions as an executive director and the company's authorized representative. Ms. Feng Xiaoling has tendered her resignation from her positions as an executive director and a member of the board's nomination committee, allowing both individuals to dedicate more time to other commitments. Following approval by the board of directors, these resignations will take effect immediately after being reviewed at the board meeting scheduled for May 22, 2026. After stepping down from these roles, Mr. Liu Jianxiong and Ms. Feng Xiaoling will each continue to serve the company in their other existing capacities and responsibilities. Specifically, Mr. Liu Jianxiong will remain as the company's executive vice president, chief financial officer, and company secretary, while Ms. Feng Xiaoling will continue to serve as vice president of the company's international business division.
