Techtronic Industries (00669) announced its financial results for 2025. Sales increased by 4.4% to $15.3 billion, while net profit grew by 6.8% to $1.2 billion. Basic earnings per share stood at 65.61 US cents, and a final dividend of HK$1.32 per share was declared.

The company generated free cash flow close to $1.4 billion in 2025, marking the third consecutive year it has exceeded $1.2 billion. It ended the year with a net cash position of $700 million. The board plans to execute a share repurchase program of up to $500 million over the next eighteen months, subject to market conditions.

The two core brands, MILWAUKEE and RYOBI, delivered solid performances in 2025. In local currency terms, the MILWAUKEE business grew by 7.9%, while RYOBI increased by 5.4%. Non-core businesses accounted for 9.1% of global revenue, but declined by 20.4% in local currency. This decrease was primarily due to the company's exit from the HART business, weak market conditions, and the strategic rationalization of sales in the floor care business.

The gross profit margin for 2025 improved by 91 basis points to 41.2%. This margin expansion reflects the positive contribution from the high-margin MILWAUKEE business, enhanced productivity, and improved operational efficiencies in the RYOBI and other consumer businesses. With the gradual implementation of tariff mitigation measures in the second half of the year, the pace of margin expansion is expected to accelerate further.
