Hong Kong, 10 March 2026—MIE Holdings Corporation (01555) announced that its board of directors will convene on 20 March 2026. The meeting’s agenda includes:

• Reviewing and approving the Group’s audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025.

• Considering the declaration of a final dividend, if any.

• Addressing other routine corporate matters.

Board composition at the announcement date comprises two executive directors (Mr. Zhao Jiangwei and Mr. Wong Yiu Kui), three non-executive directors (Mr. Zhang Ruilin, Mr. Han Ye and Mr. Yan Ruibing) and five independent non-executive directors (Mr. Mei Jianping, Mr. Liu Ying Shun, Mr. Yeung Yat Chuen, Ms. Peng Ping and Mr. Ai Min).
