According to a report from 21st Century Business Herald, less than two months after DingTalk's new management completed its organizational restructuring, Yang Meng, a core executive who has spearheaded commercialization efforts for years, is set to leave the company. Sources close to DingTalk reveal that Yang, who serves as the global commercial president and head of the customer development department, has already finalized the internal procedures for his departure and plans to join Ant Group Co., Ltd..

Ren Qing, also known by his alias "Yitong" and currently serving as a vice president at Alibaba's DingTalk, will take over the commercialization responsibilities previously managed by Yang. Insiders indicate that Yang's resignation was initiated voluntarily, and the official announcement of this personnel change is expected to be made public shortly. Details regarding Yang's specific role at Ant Group Co., Ltd. and whether Ren Qing will retain the title of "Global Commercial President" remain unclear at this time.

The same source also noted that against the backdrop of Alibaba's accelerated AI commercialization push, the group has raised higher expectations for revenue growth and business conversion within its enterprise services sector—a factor believed to have contributed to Yang's decision to step down. As of the time of reporting, neither DingTalk nor Ant Group Co., Ltd. has responded to inquiries regarding these personnel changes.

Previously, on June 18, DingTalk's newly appointed CEO Chen Yusen issued a company-wide letter announcing the integration of direct sales, telemarketing, service providers, pre-sales, delivery, and customer success teams into a unified Customer Development Department, led by Yang Meng, who reported directly to Chen. Public records show that DingTalk is a business unit under Alibaba Group. Ant Group Co., Ltd., which originally spun off from Alibaba, now operates as an independent entity with no hierarchical or managerial ties to the group.
