Xiamen Jihong Co., Ltd. (Jihong Co.) reported a material change in share capital on 20 July 2026. Pursuant to the placing agreement signed on 16 July 2026, the company allotted and issued 9.37 million new H shares at HKD 12.24 per share.

The issuance represents 13.8% of the pre-placement issued H shares, expanding the company’s outstanding H-share count from 67.91 million to 77.28 million.

At the offer price, the placement generated approximately HKD 114.71 million in gross proceeds before expenses.

Jihong Co. confirmed that the share issue was duly authorised by the board, fully paid, and carried out in compliance with all applicable Hong Kong listing rules and regulatory requirements. No treasury shares were outstanding, and no share repurchases or cancellations were reported.
