Recently, Yanxing Investment Company, a subsidiary of Beijing Public Housing Center, initiated a centralized replacement of gas stoves at the Jin Ke Jia Yuan public rental housing project. A total of 822 households with gas stoves that had reached the 8-year safety usage limit received free replacements, reinforcing safety measures and ensuring tenants' peace of mind.

Located in the core area of Daxing New Town, Jin Ke Jia Yuan is a public rental housing project operated by Yanxing Investment Company, with a total rental area of approximately 44,000 square meters. Since its initial occupancy in 2018, the project has been in operation for eight years, with some gas stoves reaching the national safety usage limit. Prolonged use increases risks such as aging components, gas leaks, and flameouts, posing potential hazards to tenants' safety.

Upon identifying this risk during routine inspections, Yanxing Investment Company promptly organized the replacement process, formulating a detailed plan. To ensure efficiency, the project team verified eligible households through notices and phone calls, clarifying procedures and schedules to minimize disruption.

During installation, workers followed strict safety protocols, with professional teams handling removal, installation, and testing—including ignition and leak checks—to ensure proper functionality. Tenants were also educated on safe usage, maintenance, and emergency measures to enhance safety awareness.

Beijing Public Housing Center has adopted an innovative "project operation + community coordination + targeted service" model, upgrading public rental communities from basic housing to quality living spaces. This approach addresses both management challenges and tenants' pressing concerns, fostering a warm and secure public housing environment.
