JIMU GROUP (08187) has announced that on August 3, 2026, Dadi Trading Limited (as the landlord) and Art Kingdom, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company (as the tenant), entered into a lease agreement for the property. The lease term runs from August 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029, inclusive, for a duration of 35 months, to be used as one of the group's general retail stores.

The property is located at Shop 1D (storage room) on the ground floor of Cheung Fu Building, 2, 2A-2C, 4, 4A, 6 Fau Fu Street, and the entire first floor of Cheung Fu Building, 2-6 Fau Fu Street, in Kowloon, Hong Kong. The total rent payable by Art Kingdom under the lease agreement is 1.76 million Hong Kong dollars, representing a monthly rent of 55,000 Hong Kong dollars.

The group's primary business involves operating a trading business for footwear, apparel, and sports-related peripheral products through retail stores in Hong Kong. Given the nature of its retail operations, the group plans to enter into lease agreements for retail stores from time to time. Each retail store, particularly large-scale shops similar to this property, contributes to and maintains the group's operational scale, thereby facilitating the expansion of its store network and market share.
