XJ INTL HLDGS (01765) Names Deng Yi as Chief Investment Officer; Tan Li Moves to Capital Market Director

XJ International Holdings Co., Ltd. (stock code: 01765) announced that, effective 13 March 2026, Deng Yi will assume the role of Chief Investment Officer (CIO), succeeding Tan Li. Tan Li will step down from the CIO position due to work-arrangement adjustments and continue as Capital Market Director.

Deng Yi, aged 42, has served as an executive director and member of the company’s strategy and development committee since 27 September 2024. His professional background includes: • Auditor at KPMG Huazhen Certified Public Accountants LLP (Sep 2006–Dec 2008). • Multiple senior finance roles at Honghua Group (stock code: 0196) from Dec 2008 to Mar 2017, covering audit management, regional finance leadership in Dubai, and divisional finance direction. • Executive Director of Guanghe Kunji Business Operation Management Co., Ltd. since 2020. • Chairman of Hainan Hope Huawu Investment Co., Ltd. since 2023. • Director at Dingli Corp., Ltd. (300050.SZ) from Nov 2024 to 26 Apr 2025.

Deng Yi holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Shanghai International Studies University, awarded in June 2006.

The board stated that Tan Li has no disagreements with management and that no matters require shareholder attention regarding his role change. Directors expressed formal appreciation for his contributions and extended congratulations to Deng Yi on his appointment.

As of the announcement date, the board comprises four executive directors, two non-executive directors, and four independent non-executive directors.
