United Overseas Australia Ltd (UOS) reported its financial results for the year ended Dec, 31 2025, posting profit after tax and minority interest of 146.9 million Singapore dollars, a 60.4% increase from the previous year.

Revenue climbed to 548.99 million Singapore dollars, driven by continued earnings stability across its property development, investment and hospitality operations.

The board has declared a final unfranked dividend of 2 Singapore cents per ordinary share, raising the total dividend for FY2025 to 2.5 cents per share.

Management highlighted solid progress on key projects, including the Aethera Residences development in Johor Bahru and a 97% occupancy rate at UOA Tower in Ho Chi Minh City, underscoring the group’s regional growth strategy.
