RUSAL (HKEX: 00486) has issued an announcement regarding a change to its board of directors.

Anna Malevinskaya, who served as a non-executive director of the company, will step down from her position on the board.

This change is effective from the date of the company's Annual General Meeting, scheduled for June 25, 2026.

Her departure follows the decision that she will not be re-elected at that meeting, in accordance with Article 24.1 of the company's Articles of Association.

Consequently, she will also cease to be a member of any committees of the board.
