TWINTEK (06182) has announced that its controlling shareholder, Mars Nest Limited, has concluded a significant share sale.

According to the company's official filing, the board was notified that Mars Nest disposed of 510 million shares on September 3, 2026. This transaction represents approximately 63.75% of the company's total issued share capital.

Following the completion of this disposal, Mars Nest no longer holds any shares in the company and has consequently ceased to be its controlling shareholder.
