The company, GBA AI COMP, is a leading artificial intelligence computing infrastructure service provider in the Greater Bay Area and was recently reclassified by Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited under the "Information Technology - Internet Services & Infrastructure" sector.

With its core business focused on supply chain services and industrial park operations, CB GLOBAL possesses stable cash flow and a foundation of physical properties and parks. The board believes this investment in GBA AI COMP marks the group's official entry into the AI computing services investment sector and is a crucial step towards positioning itself as an "AI computing property services provider."
