KWAN ON HLDGS (01559) announced that by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 5, 2026, the final deadline for accepting the rights shares and paying the subscription price, as well as for applying for additional rights shares and making payment, valid acceptances and applications for a total of 885,440,498 rights shares were received from 21 valid acceptances and applications. This represents approximately 94.74% of the maximum 934,579,981 rights shares offered under the rights issue. The rights issue resulted in an undersubscription of 49,139,483 rights shares, accounting for about 5.26% of the maximum number of shares offered. The net proceeds from the rights issue amount to approximately HK$60.18 million.
