Ev Dynamics (Holdings) Limited (the Company) announced a supplemental placing agreement with the Placing Agent on 12 November 2025, adjusting the Long Stop Date for the proposed placing of new shares under general mandate from 5 December 2025 to 1 December 2025, or a later date if mutually agreed in writing.

All other material terms and conditions under the original Placing Agreement remain in effect. The Company stated that the placing remains subject to conditions precedent and may or may not proceed, urging shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares.

As of the announcement date, the Board of the Company comprises three executive Directors: Ms. Chan Hoi Ying (Chairman and Executive Director), Mr. Yan Zhang Yan, and Mr. Zeng Yan, as well as four independent non-executive Directors: Mr. Chan Francis Ping Kuen, Mr. Lee Kwok Leung, Dato’ Tan Yee Boon, and Ms. Chiang Siu Ling, Samantha.
