Chuanglian Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 2371) completed the issue of 13,157,893 new consolidated shares on 20 January 2026 for the capitalization of loans from two shareholders. According to the announcement, the principal loan amounts of HK$3 million from Mr. Lu and HK$2 million from Mr. Gao have been deemed fully repaid through this share issuance.

Following the completion of the loan settlements, the issued share capital rose from 675,221,057 to 688,378,950 shares. Mr. Lu’s holdings increased from 62,954,400 shares (9.32%) to 70,849,136 shares (10.29%), and Mr. Gao’s holdings rose from 3,888,800 shares (0.58%) to 9,151,957 shares (1.33%).

The announcement also noted that, while all conditions for the planned subscription of additional new consolidated shares have been met, the deadline for finalizing the subscription has been extended from 20 January 2026 to 28 February 2026 to accommodate necessary procedures. All other terms within the subscription agreements remain unchanged.
