GEEKPLUS-W Buys Back 1.50 Million Shares for HK$14.75 Million, Issued Share Base Dips 0.15%

Beijing Geekplus Technology Co., Ltd. (GEEKPLUS-W) disclosed a share repurchase on 13 July 2026, retiring 1.50 million Class B WVR ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HK$9.71 and HK$10.23 per share. The transaction totalled HK$14.75 million, implying a volume-weighted average repurchase price of HK$9.83 per share.

Following the buyback, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.15% from 1,017.55 million shares to 1,016.05 million shares. Treasury shares increased to 8.10 million, maintaining the total share count at 1,024.15 million.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 26 May 2026, which authorises a maximum buyback of 102.42 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate have reached 8.10 million shares, representing 0.79% of the issued share base at the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, GEEKPLUS-W is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals until 13 August 2026.
