Prudential plc (PRU) announced that, together with Prudential Funding (Asia) plc, it has published a prospectus for a US$10.0 billion Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme.

The prospectus, dated Mar, 27 2026, was approved by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and will be filed with the National Storage Mechanism. Under the programme, notes issued by Prudential Funding (Asia) plc will be guaranteed by Prudential plc.

The document is available on Prudential’s investor relations website. The company reiterated that the securities offered under the programme have not been registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and are not being offered or sold in the United States, except under limited exemptions.
