Geo Energy Resources Limited (RE4) said on Oct, 9 2025 that it transferred 393,500 treasury shares to satisfy the exercise of employee share options under its Share Option Scheme.

After the transaction, the company’s treasury share balance declined to 2,555,467 from 2,948,967, reducing its proportion of outstanding shares to 0.178%, from 0.206% previously.

The shares transferred were valued at about 0.11 million Singapore dollars.
