On February 24, the General Office of the Hainan Provincial Government released the "Hainan Province 'AI+' Action Plan (2026–2028)." The plan proposes promoting the demonstration and application of artificial intelligence technology in areas such as launch safety control, intelligent processing of satellite data, and intelligent inspection in aerospace manufacturing. It aims to optimize launch procedures, enhance the efficiency of satellite data interpretation, ensure the quality of aerospace products, and foster the agglomeration and innovative development of the commercial aerospace industry. Key tasks include building a digital twin for smart launch sites to achieve AI-assisted decision-making throughout the rocket launch process; establishing intelligent fault feature recognition and failure warning models for proactive risk prevention before launches; interpreting imagery from the "Hainan Satellite Constellation" to create an intelligent virtual constellation; and integrating AI technology to develop a multi-source remote sensing data fusion analysis platform, an intelligent remote sensing data processing application platform, and an international satellite data trading service platform. Additionally, the plan calls for constructing a "super brain" for the satellite and rocket industry cluster, enabling full-process digital twin management of satellite and rocket manufacturing, and establishing a smart supply chain platform for the industry.
