Recently, Shenzhen L&A Design Holding Limited (ASX: 300949) and Urban Renewal (Beijing) Holding Group (CBC Architecture Center, hereinafter referred to as "CBC") have officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Furthermore, the two parties will actively explore innovative applications of AI technology in the urban renewal field. They aim to promote the practical implementation of technologies such as digital twins, intelligent operations, and AI-aided design in three key scenarios: urban renewal, revitalization of existing assets, and smart cultural tourism. This will drive the quality and efficiency of urban renewal through technological innovation.

This strategic partnership represents not only a deep integration of the advantageous resources of Shenzhen L&A Design Holding Limited and CBC but also a proactive response to the national urban renewal strategy.
