Tosei Corporation (8923) said on Mar, 25 2026 that it has completed payment for the disposal of 36,450 treasury shares under its restricted stock remuneration plan.

The shares were issued at 1,634 yen each, generating a total of about 59.56 million yen.

Of the shares, 35,841 were allotted to six directors (excluding outside directors), while 609 shares went to three outside directors, the company added.
