China XLX Fertiliser Ltd. has scheduled a board meeting for 28 August 2026 (Friday). The agenda includes considering and approving the consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, which are to be released on the website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The meeting will be chaired by Mr. Liu Xingxu, who serves alongside executive directors Mr. Zhang Qingjin and Ms. Yan Yunhua; non-executive director Mr. Tan Wei Shyan; and independent non-executive directors Mr. Ong Kian Guan, Mr. Li Shengxiao and Mr. Li Hongxing.
