Sun Hung Kai & Co. Limited announced that, as of 10 July 2026, its issued ordinary share count remains unchanged at 1.96 billion, despite a series of on-exchange repurchases that are yet to be cancelled. No treasury shares were outstanding at either the opening or closing balance dates.

Between 6 and 10 July 2026 the company repurchased 728,000 shares, equivalent to 0.04 % of the existing issued share base. The aggregate consideration was approximately HKD 2.98 million, reflecting a volume-weighted average price of roughly HKD 4.10 per share.

The latest repurchase on 10 July involved 20,000 shares at prices ranging from HKD 4.04 to HKD 4.07, costing HKD 0.08 million. All acquisitions were conducted on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and are intended for cancellation.

Since the approval of the current buyback mandate on 27 May 2026, Sun Hung Kai & Co. has repurchased a cumulative 3.72 million shares, representing 0.19 % of the 1.96 billion shares in issue on the mandate date. The mandate permits buybacks of up to 196.50 million shares, leaving more than 192 million shares available for potential future repurchase.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales following the latest repurchase, expiring on 9 August 2026. All repurchases have been executed in accordance with the exchange’s regulations, and the company affirms that requisite authorisations and filings are in place.
