The "Guangxi Station" of the Full Corrugated Tour Summit, co-hosted by Corrface and Box Culture, with sponsorship from Guangdong Xiaohua and a banquet titled by Jingshan Light Machinery, concluded successfully on July 23-24. During the event, Mr. Deng Jun, Sales Director of Anhui Zhenxin Bocheng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Bocheng"), presented the single-sheet laminating production line. This innovative equipment seamlessly integrates single-face corrugated forming with face paper laminating, breaking through traditional production bottlenecks.

Currently, domestic secondary and tertiary plants mostly use segmented production models for laminating: from pulling, slitting, stacking, and transporting to laminating and stacking, each step is independent and fragmented. This intermittent production not only occupies significant space and labor but also causes corrugation collapse and deformation during transport, increasing material waste and affecting delivery quality. Under the dual pressure of time and cost, integrated intelligent equipment has become key to breakthroughs.

Bocheng's single-sheet laminating production line is a set of intelligent equipment that seamlessly connects single-face corrugated forming with face paper laminating. It eliminates manual transfer steps, starting from roll paper input to complete corrugation, gluing, compounding, and cutting, directly outputting three-layer corrugated board. Each unit operates precisely, forming a fully automated production line. Developed over three years, the first units have been deployed in Melbourne, Australia, with performance validated by overseas markets.

The intelligent equipment includes two line configurations: a complete single-sheet laminating line or a laminating unit added to existing single-face lines, avoiding duplicate investments. The line supports various layouts like straight, U-shaped, and L-shaped, effectively reducing production footprint and freeing up workshop space. In terms of capacity and order change efficiency, the line operates at 100-180 meters per minute, with daily output of 80,000-150,000 square meters. It features a PLC intelligent storage recipe system for one-button adjustment, completing order changes in 3-5 minutes.

Notably, its unique dual-layer offset face paper feeding system pre-stacks B orders while A orders run, enabling order changes without stopping, only reducing speed to about 20 meters per minute, achieving near-zero waste. For precision and quality control, the line uses full servo drives and intelligent correction systems, maintaining face paper and corrugated board alignment within ±1mm under high-speed operation. Its patented "no-pressure/light-pressure" technology reduces corrugated board edge trimming, preserving compression strength and minimizing production waste. Combined with online hot-press compound, output boards retain temperature, have stable moisture, higher adhesion, and are flat and aesthetically pleasing.

This integrated production model saves factory space and enables efficient order delivery while delivering tangible cost savings. By reducing intermediate transfers, automation can cut labor costs by over 40%. Non-stop order changes and intelligent glue control significantly reduce raw paper and adhesive waste. Additionally, efficient servo motors reduce energy consumption by 25% compared to traditional equipment. Every saving directly converts to business profit.

Currently, this advanced equipment, already deployed in European and American markets, has been installed in domestic enterprises. Bocheng stated that once operational data is mature, it will formally hold a factory open day, welcoming industry peers to visit and exchange ideas!
