NVC International Holdings Limited disclosed that, based on preliminary unaudited figures, it expects to post a profit of approximately US$12.40 million for the year ended 31 December 2025, compared with a loss of about US$15.40 million for FY2024.

Profit attributable to owners of the company is projected at roughly US$11.90 million, versus a loss attributable to owners of around US$17.50 million a year earlier.

Management attributes the earnings turnaround primarily to the non-recurrence of a US$26.60 million impairment loss on an associate that was recognised in 2024. Excluding this one-off charge, profit levels for 2024 and 2025 would have been broadly similar, according to the company.

The FY2025 audited results are still being finalised and are scheduled for release by end-March 2026. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities until the final results are published.
