(New Vision Co.) has released the proxy form for its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM), confirming the meeting will be held on Thursday, 25 June 2026 at 9:30 a.m. on the 11th Floor, West Shanghai Building, No. 969 Moyu South Road, Jiading District, Shanghai.

Key agenda items to be tabled for shareholder approval:

1. 2025 Financial Package • Audited consolidated financial statements and the independent auditor’s report for the year ended 31 December 2025. • The Group’s 2025 annual report. • Reports from the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Committee for the same period.

2. Remuneration Matters • Separate resolutions on the remuneration plans, policies and structures for both Directors and Supervisors.

3. Auditor Engagement for 2026 • Approval of audit fees and re-appointment of the current auditor for the 2026 fiscal year.

4. Capital Return • Proposal of the 2025 final dividend (details to be disclosed in the accompanying circular dated 3 June 2026).

5. Financing Flexibility • Application for comprehensive credit facilities from banks and other financial institutions.

Procedural notes:

• Shareholders may appoint the chairman of the meeting or another designated proxy to vote on their behalf. • To be valid, the proxy form—together with any relevant power of attorney—must be delivered to Tricor Investor Services Limited (for H-shareholders) or the company’s PRC headquarters (for domestic shareholders) no later than 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, 24 June 2026. • Completion and return of the proxy form do not preclude shareholders from attending and voting in person.

The announcement specifies that voting boxes on the proxy form must be clearly marked “For,” “Against” or “Abstain”; unmarked items authorize the proxy to vote at discretion. No additional instructions written on the form will be accepted.
