China Boton Group Company Limited reported the repurchase of 380,000 ordinary shares on 18 June 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The buyback represents 0.04% of the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) prior to the transaction.
Repurchase prices ranged from HKD 2.33 to HKD 2.55 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 2.46. Total consideration amounted to HKD 0.94 million.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined from 1.07924 billion to 1.07886 billion, while treasury share holdings rose from 1.27 million to 1.65 million. The overall number of issued shares, including treasury shares, remained unchanged at 1.08051 billion.
The purchase was executed under the share-repurchase mandate granted on 22 May 2026, which authorises buybacks of up to 108.05 million shares. To date, 0.35 million shares, or 0.04% of the authorised limit, have been utilised.
In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, China Boton is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 18 July 2026. The company confirmed that the transaction complied with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal approvals.
