Bama Tea Executes HKD 0.06 Million Share Buyback, Lifting Treasury Stock to 574,000 H Shares

Bama Tea Co., Ltd. (Bama Tea) repurchased 1,800 H shares on 2 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from HKD 32.42 to HKD 33.00, for a volume-weighted aggregate consideration of HKD 58,724 (approximately USD 7,500).

Post-transaction, Bama Tea’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined marginally by 0.0021% to 84.35 million shares, while treasury shares increased to 574,000. The company’s total issued share count remains unchanged at 84.92 million shares, as the repurchased stock is being held in treasury rather than cancelled.

The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved by shareholders on 21 April 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 5.30 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 574,000 shares, equivalent to 1.08% of the share base outstanding on the mandate date. In accordance with Hong Kong listing regulations, Bama Tea is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, effective until 2 October 2026.

All requisite regulatory confirmations have been provided, affirming that the transaction was executed in full compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and relevant legal requirements.
