Chaowei Power Holdings Limited filed its monthly return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the period ended 31 May 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital stayed at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.01 each, equivalent to USD 100.00 million. Issued share capital was likewise unchanged at 1.10 billion shares, and the issuer held no treasury shares.

Chaowei Power affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%.

Regarding equity incentives, three tranches under the 2023 Share Option Scheme together held 86.55 million outstanding options at month-end—33.68 million options at an exercise price of HKD 1.33, 28.60 million at HKD 1.396, and 24.28 million at HKD 2.00. No options were exercised in May, no new shares were issued, and the company raised no proceeds from option exercises.

The report stated that Chaowei Power had no outstanding warrants, convertibles, or other share-issuance agreements, and recorded no other movements in share capital for the month.
